1. What is The Connected Path coaching program?

The Connected Path provides structured, evidence-informed workshops and coaching to help adults, parent/caregivers, and students build resilience, manage stress, optimize energy, build a regulation toolkit, and strengthen overall wellbeing.

2. How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is skill-based and educational, focusing on building strategies, habits, and resilience. It is not therapy and does not treat mental health conditions. If you or your student require clinical care, we recommend consulting a licensed mental health professional.

3. How long are the programs?

1:1 Private Coaching Programs: 8 weeks with 3 level offerings to reinforce skill building: Foundations-Integration-Sustainability. Currently only open to students grades 4-9.

4. Can I guarantee outcomes?

While our programs are designed to support meaningful growth, outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Success depends on active participation, consistent practice of skills, and follow-through by the client (and for students, support from parents/guardians).

5. Who are these programs for?

  • Students: Grades 4–9 seeking to build academic resilience, manage stress, and develop habits for better regulation, confidence, and performance.

  • Adults: wanting to gain insight to stress/energy patterns, mitigate burnout, build resilience for more healthy and regulated systems.

6. How do I register?

  • Complete the intake form (sent after inquiry or linked on the website)

  • Review and sign the coaching agreement

  • Submit payment to confirm your spot

7. What if the program is full?

If a program is full, you can join the waitlist for the next available cohort. Spots are limited to ensure personalized attention.

8. Can I do the program remotely?

Yes! All programs can be delivered virtually via Google Meet or other online platforms, making it accessible regardless of location. Please note the times listed will be Pacific Standard Time.
