RESILIENCE WORKSHOPS FOR ADULTS:

A monthly virtual skill-building session

Designed to reconnect you with your creative self (we all have one!) through guided writing and discussion with brainstorming, mapping, and actionable strategies. You gain insight on your stress/energy baseline, responsibilities and priorities, and regulation habits — all through creative and expressive writing to get back to a calm and balanced state. This is a skill-based workshop for the busy and overwhelmed individual who wants to create an intentional space to strengthen resilience.

What you’ll learn:

  • Identify resilience baseline by recognizing stress/energy patterns & triggers

  • Duration: 60–75 minutes

  • Capacity: 12 people

  • Location: Virtual (In-person available in Los Angeles area on limited basis)

  • Format: Guided writing exercises with affirming discussion

  • Materials needed: notebook/sketchbook and pen/pencil
