1:1 Academic Resilience Coaching

Level 1: Foundations

An 8-Week Individual Program for Students (grades 4-9)

This program is designed for students to develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, cognitive capacity, and confidence. Blending psychology-informed strategies with creative and interactive tools, the program supports students in navigating academic pressures, social challenges, and everyday stress with greater resilience and independence.

Program Overview

Duration: 8 Weeks  

Session Length: 50 minutes (weekly)  

Format:Virtual  (PST)

Intro Rate: $1,600 (until 9/30/2026)

Includes:

- One 50 min session for Baseline Check and personalized recommendations

- Six 50 minute Student Coaching sessions

-One 50 min Resilience Planning session with new baseline

- Parent check-ins at the end of each session

- Weekly Parent Summaries to reinforce skill building

-Optional add-on: Parent Consultation or Strategy calls

Areas of Focus:

Sessions are tailored to each student and may include:

- Identifying & regulating stress/worry and big emotions

- Regulation skills to overcome setbacks & challenges

- Cognitive reframing and better problem-solving  

- Increasing academic confidence and self-efficacy

- Navigating peer dynamics and communication  

- Cultivating a growth-oriented mindset
