1. ARE WE THERE YET? 

guided writing and art journaling to explore your values + goals  -- and how they're being lived out in your life. a great starter to getting a better grasp of your life purpose.

 2. SELF-CARE....THEN CONQUER THE WORLD 

are you running on empty? do you have a lot of responsibilities and no time? then use this workshop as permission for you to find a space in the midst of life to re-fuel -- and reset that clock! be good to yourself, so you can be good to others.

3. THE CREATIVE PROCESS

do you feel blocked? uninspired? take the creative approach + find yourself in the mysterious by letting go. using methods from the expressive arts movement, we will go back to our child-like ways of creating to free ourselves. you do not need to be a creative professional for this workshop. if you've ever held a crayon in your hand and used it, then you are already a creative being and have a deep reserve to express yourself through art + writing.
